Selection of vehicles is good, staff are helpful and pricing for sales and service are competitive but the location is not ideal especially if vehicle is lowered also exit lane from service is 1 lane round back and commonly used by service team so can take minutes to leave if they moving a vehicle etc.

You’ll notice most of the negative reviews are coming from people who feel “cheated,” because they know nothing about the process of buying a new car. News alert: car dealerships are in the business of making money. It is the responsibility of the consumer to educate themselves, be prepared before walking on the lot to shop around, know what they’re buying, and have clear boundaries on what they willing and not willing to pay for.My sales representative Alex was awesome! I honestly was just expecting to test drive the car and leave to buy a Camry Hybrid. He actually helped me to give serious consideration to this car before changing my mind and making the purchase. Ray was a master of negotiating a fair deal that I could not pass up. Any other concerns I had about fees and other service matters were promptly handled by the manager Jay Lee without issue or ordeal. I highly recommend Rairdon’s Honda of Burien!
