Rairdon Honda is perhaps the most dishonest car dealership one could experience. The salesperson told us outright features were on the car, that were not, which we discovered when we got home. Then the financial manager gave us a quote to have those items installed and two days later another manager saying he wouldn’t honor it. BUYER BEWARE! This place is a complete joke! The service we received on our 2018 Honda Accord was absolutely unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Ended up paying $6,300+ for a repair that could have been prevented and probably a lot less money to fix if the Incompetent Service Associate would have done his job in the first place with a scheduled oil change and recall, but he’s no longer there and good riddance! Wiper sprayer not working. My 83 mom took her car in to Sumner Honda and was told she needed a full diagnostic...are you kidding me? You can stand next to the car and see they don't work. The epitome of “bait and switch”. Offered a price on my vehicle and blamed the valuation on Cargurus, a service they pay for. They said they cancelled their service. In checking with Cargurus this is NOT true. A terrible dealership that gives all Dealerships a bad name.

Don’t buy a used car from this dealership. The first “certified” car I looked at had several parts missing off it. I should have left at that point. Bought a used truck 2 weeks ago and to get serviced and needs a new transmission! Isn’t that something that should be checked during their so called inspection?

100% do not recommend. On my way home from picking up the vehicle a noise started from underneath. My driveshaft was hanging on by a thread with my 2 year old in the car. Haven’t even put 4000 miles on it and it’s in the shop right now with close to 7000$ in repairs. I would not purchase from this dealer.

Everything was great. My only complaint was whoever drove my car after the oil change, moved the seat all the way back and tilted way back like a teenager would. You know hard it is to find that sweet spot again!

I bought a used car from them years ago, and it was a good experience. I returned to try to order an Odyssey. Their asking price was higher than anywhere else in the state. $4500 over msrp. I get paying msrp or a bit of mandatory accessories in this environment, but it was shocking to have my hometown dealer be the worst one. Even though I wanted to order in advance as a repeat customer. Odysseys aren't that rare or in high demand.

The staff in sales and service are excellent. We are always treated like members of the Rairdon family. We have purchased four cars with them and they continue to earn our loyalty!

My first experience with Rairdon Honda was when I was looking for some information on a vibration issue with my 2015 CRV. I received an excellent response that Honda Headquarters couldn’t provide. Schedule an oil/filter change along with a Multi-Point inspection of my vehicle prior to a long distance trip to Montana.
Oil/filter change was routine, but the Multi-Point inspection found a leak at the timing chain inspection cover. Many of the employees are rude, ignoring you when you walk in and then curt with communication. Connected with them online first and arranged for the car I wanted in the color I wanted with the amenities I wanted. No hassles when going into dealer. Raphael, the sales agent, made it all very easy. The reason for four stars is that I purchased the extended warranty, I was shown a brochure of what it included, but after I left the dealership I found that the brochure was not included with any of my paperwork. It would be nice to have that brochure.

I have always had excellent service with the Honda dealership in Sumner. I purchased my Honda Accord in 2011 and they continue to service it. I would not trust anyone else to perform work on my car.

Dealer xxxxx you price wise. Charged for gas used on a loaner without telling you it has to be brought back full:( Good customer service would have said its on us this time for not explaining especially after just spending over 3k to the dealer.

Dealership is easy and convenient. The cost of maintenance isn’t too bad either. Service took 20 mins longer than quoted. Although no one was rude, no one was particularly friendly either.

They made the experience a very pleasant one by not berating or talking down to me, and accepted feedback from me to move the deal forward in both of our favors.
