We will teach you our systems (technologies) and “Rairdon Culture Playbook” as you start your journey with us through our Mentoring Programs. We are currently looking for new hire candidates for Service, Sales, and Finance roles where you will be partnered with a mentor.
We have created tools for the mentor and mentee to reach goals together.
Typically the timeline for a new mentorship is structured to be 90 days or 3 months.
Mentoring is an extension of our onboarding process and a rewarding experience for both mentor and mentee.
As a mentee you will be offered a guaranteed compensation pay plan until the day of your graduation celebration.
